Our 100% product refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund, but can still offer an exchange and partial refund up to 60 days after purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is damaged upon arrival.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
